Android Note 0.13

Here is the android version.  Because of ongoing problems using Renpy to craft working APK files, I can't do this with every release, but I'll post one when I can.

The android version is a PC port to android, so buttons and texts are really small, and some text may overflow out of the screen. 

There WILL be an optimized version for android at some point, but not until way late in the project.
