Something's In The Air Redux project 0.4

The latest update represents quite a lot of progress converting old pictures, as well as adding some new material.

New Material

Let's start with the new stuff: I basically rewrote the opening gym scene. The old one was designed with Dave in mind and with him gone it became a parade of rejection.  Instead of trying to seduce pretty women, you start by choosing a workout activity.  Lydia's introduction has been moved to the treadmill, while Rebecca and Ariane have joined the yoga class.  Doing a workout with Wendy has not changed, and has not been updated yet.  There are now 3 new treadmill animations and sound effects here.

I also updated the player avatars. While they still have the same face and hair as the Date Ariane Remastered avatars, I changed the makeup, lighting and darkening the  clothing and hair color so they are distinct from DAR avatars.  I also added gym clothes.  I'm also working on doing the dress and undress transitions like I did in DAR, and started doing some of them, but not all the ones I have planned.

Updated scenes

Last month Ariane was done except the house party scene. Did the house party for both Ariane and Rachel, plus all the amusement park scenes -- a lot of which are DAR amusement park scenes with Rachel substituted in for Ariane, plus all the scenes that take place in Rachel's house, including the sexy photo shoot and the two Rachel sex scenes. The only scene on the Rachel path still using old pictures is the one where you play a video game with her at her house.

That leaves three and a half paths left to update: Wendy's path, Paula's path, and Bonnie's fractured path, as well as the scenes that take place in the video game.  I may continue to use the old firefly rendering for the video game scenes to give it a distinctive look and just increase the resolution and detail, I need to experiment and see if it is easier or harder to do that.  I also want to add a female ranger character, or maybe a female "assassin" who coincidentally has all the same powers as a ranger so I don't have to rewrite scenes.  If I do, it will be a separate decision for the player which character they want to use.

Future Goals

For November I hope to update the Wendy, Bonnie and Paula paths, then in December I can add my planned ending, and start integrating Rachel Meets Ariane into the game as the "bonus" reward.  I plan to update RMA in January and February, and add at least one new dating path.  I'd like to have 3 to 5 new dating paths either with new characters or unexplored side characters.  Hopefully finishing by June of 2023.
